Pricing Policy

At My Canadian Pharmacy, our goal is to make medication pricing understandable before a patient places an order. We know that prescription costs, refill planning, delivery charges and insurance reimbursement questions can feel difficult to sort through, especially for patients who take the same medicine over a long period of time. To make the ordering process more transparent, the pharmacy makes the expected price available before payment is completed.

Our support team welcomes questions and can help patients review the cost of a medication before an order is finalized. Patients may request a price quote by contacting customer service with the prescription or product they are trying to order. When the request is reviewed, the pharmacy will check the available product, the expected quantity, the current price and the delivery option that applies to the order.

The pharmacy estimate will help the patient understand the amount expected at checkout. When a lower-cost generic option is available for the same prescribed medicine, the patient may be informed before payment is made. If a brand-name product is requested or required, the estimate will reflect the product that is available for that order. The quoted amount may also include the delivery charge when shipping is arranged through the pharmacy.

Patients who plan to use insurance or a reimbursement plan should contact their insurer before ordering. My Canadian Pharmacy can provide order information and payment documentation for the patient’s own submission, while the final reimbursement decision is made by the insurance company or benefit administrator. Coverage rules, deductible amounts and claim approval are handled by the patient’s plan.

Patients who pay directly will be shown the pharmacy price before the order is processed. This gives the patient an opportunity to review the cost, compare an available generic option when appropriate and decide whether to proceed before payment is completed.

Price quotes cover the pharmacy order only. Charges from outside providers may apply separately when a patient uses a doctor consultation, laboratory service, local medical visit, insurance claim service, customs process or third-party delivery requirement. These expenses are handled outside the pharmacy order and may depend on the patient’s location and personal circumstances.

A price quote is provided as an estimate before the order is reviewed and confirmed. The final amount is established after the pharmacy verifies product availability, prescription requirements and delivery details. Pricing may change when the requested medicine becomes unavailable, when the available product changes or when shipping conditions affect the order.

This service is offered so patients can understand the expected cost before ordering medication and avoid confusion about what is charged by the pharmacy and what may come from outside providers.
