Heart Station
College Station Medical Center offers the Heart Station, an outpatient cardiac testing center, as an extension of our various outpatient departments. The Heart Station operates a specialized treadmill with monitoring interface and is equipped with other medical equipment to help lead doctors to a quick diagnosis.
Our tests include:
- Stress testing with pulse oximetry monitoring to include nuclear studies (if required)
- Ambulatory pulse oximetry treadmill studies
- Holtor and Event monitoring
- Echocardiography to include Stress Echocardiography
- Electrocardiograms
