Menken earned a BA in accounting from Anderson University in Anderson, IN. She has worked in accounting for 24 years, the last six in healthcare. Prior to joining College Station Medical Center, she served as staff accountant at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was assistant controller of DeQueen Regional Medical Center in DeQueen, AR and Controller of the Physicians Centre in Bryan.
